Every link you placed, accounted for.

A backlink is a relationship between two addresses and a moment in time. BacklinkPro keeps all three straight — across every client, campaign and monthly report.

What it does

Built around how link building actually runs

Not a generic admin panel with the labels changed. Every screen assumes you are placing links for clients and reporting on them monthly.

Companies and projects

Clients at the top, campaigns underneath, every link filed against the page it points at. Delete a company and the app tells you exactly what goes with it.

One record per submission

Submit date and time, backlink URL, submitted URL, anchor text, link type, domain authority, status and notes. Add, edit or delete without leaving the list.

CSV import that checks first

Pick the company and project, drop the file, and see which rows are ready, which repeat links you already have, and which are broken — before anything is saved.

Search that narrows

Company, project, a fragment of either URL, status, link type and a date range. Combine as many as you like; export exactly what you filtered.

A dashboard worth opening

Live rate, links waiting on review, an eight-week submission trend and the domains carrying most of your links.

Roles that hold

Administrators see the whole account. Users see their own records only, enforced in the queries — not just hidden in the interface.

Bulk upload

Drop a month of submissions in one file

Choose the company and project, upload, and every row is checked before a single record is written. Repeated links, unreadable dates, incomplete URLs and rows belonging to the wrong client are all reported with the line number.

  • Column order does not matter — headers are matched by name
  • Dates in 2026-03-14 09:20, 14/03/2026 or 14 Mar 2026
  • Large files import in chunks, so nothing times out
  • Duplicates are flagged, and you decide whether to keep them

Access

Two roles, decided by an administrator

Administrator

  • Sees every company, project and backlink on the account
  • Creates accounts, sets roles, deactivates and deletes
  • Cannot remove the last active administrator
  • Sees the whole team's activity feed

User

  • Sees only the records they created
  • Full CRUD, search, import and export within that scope
  • Scoping is applied in the SQL, so IDs cannot be guessed
  • Signs up themselves; an admin promotes when needed

Have a look around

The demo account is loaded with six companies, twelve projects and four months of submissions in every status.
